Affordable Yoga Holidays in Spain
Lista de correos, Rasquera, 43513, Tarragona, Spain
Casa de Carrasco is a small yoga retreat hosting a maximum of 16 guests at any time. Prices per night are from just €25 - €60 per person.
We´re also a 10 acre, family run olive and almond grove nestled into the Mediterranean mountains just 12 miles from the Spanish Costa Daurada. We harvest organic produce year round and we also host organic farm volunteers from around the world.
Sarah Good, our resident Sivananda Yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga for 13 years. Since her first class in California with Max Thomas, an inspiring and acomplished 70 yr old Iyengar teacher, she has enjoyed exploring many forms of yoga through her own dedicated personal practice at home in Spain and overseas.
Sarah trained as a Sivananda yoga teacher five years ago, and the experiential fusion of asanas, kirtan and pranayama literally changed her life. From this personal awakening comes her desire to share and offer yoga’s gifts to as many students as possible. The ‘Affordable Yoga Retreat’ concept was born and can now be enjoyed by many guests at our yoga retreat in Spain. Sarah currently enjoys offering local classes to students within the local Spanish community, to visitors staying at the coastal hotels, and at home with Casa de Carrasco Yoga retreats’ guests. You will find her teaching style relaxing, while encouraging you to reach your full potential through daily challenges.
